We dispatch most products from New York City through our reliable shipping partner,UPS. Products are usually shipped the next business day, at the latest.
Standard shipping within United States is complimentary for purchases $200 or more. Standard delivery outside of United States is also free, but express delivery is available for an extra charge.
For shipments to the other countries, please note that customs clearance and any related charges in the destination country are not included in the product's price. The customer is responsible for these charges.

Return Policy
At JELYNNE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we're here to assist you.
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale.

Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward refund policy. To be eligible for a refund, please ensure the following:
The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
The item should be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Please provide the order number and reason for return when contacting our customer service team.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
